1. Scope
These Terms of Use apply to everyone who visits or uses www.drtagy.com (the "Site"), operated by TAGY KOZMETİK ÜRÜNLERİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("DR.TAGY"). By using the Site, you accept these terms.

- You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the Site, DR.TAGY or other users.
- You may not attempt to access the Site's systems without authorisation, disrupt its operation, or copy its content by automated means.

3. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. Colours and packaging may differ slightly from images. Product information is for general care purposes and is not medical advice. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under medical treatment, consult your doctor before use.
4. Prices and Orders
Prices are in Turkish Lira and include VAT. DR.TAGY may change prices and campaigns at any time; the price valid at the time of your order applies. Orders are governed by the Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including the DR.TAGY name and logo, product names, texts, images, videos and designs, belongs to DR.TAGY or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
6. User Content
Reviews, comments, photos or videos you submit must be truthful, must not infringe the rights of others, and must not contain unlawful, offensive or misleading content. DR.TAGY may remove such content. Use of your content for marketing is governed by the Content Creator Consent and Declaration.
7. Links to Other Sites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. Trendyol, social media). DR.TAGY is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
8. Limitation of Liability
DR.TAGY is not liable for interruptions, technical errors or damages arising from the use of the Site, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. Your statutory consumer rights are reserved.
9. Changes
DR.TAGY may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect when published on the Site.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer disputes are resolved by the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts, as explained in the Distance Sales Agreement.
