2. Products Subject to the Contract
The name, quantity, main characteristics, sales price including taxes, any discounts and delivery costs of the ordered products are shown in the order summary and on the checkout page. The main characteristics of each product are listed on its product page.
3. Price and Payment
- All prices are in Turkish Lira and include VAT.
- Shipping is free on orders of 500 TL and above. For lower order amounts, the shipping fee is shown on the checkout page before payment.
- Payment methods: credit/debit card (iyzico secure payment)
- Your card details are not stored by us; payments are processed by the licensed payment institution iyzico.
4. Delivery
- Products are shipped with MNG Kargo / DHL eCommerce after order confirmation and are usually delivered within 1–2 business days. Delivery will in no case exceed the legal maximum of 30 days.
- The product is delivered to the delivery address you provide in your order. The seller is responsible for any loss or damage until delivery.
5. Right of Withdrawal
- You have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

- You must send the product back within 14 days of your notice.
- Designated return carrier: «RETURN CARRIER», return code «RETURN CODE». Returns sent with this carrier are free of charge for you; if a different carrier is chosen, the return cost belongs to the buyer.
- Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using a method that matches the original payment.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products whose protective elements (such as packaging, tape, seal or wrapping) have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons (Distance Contracts Regulation, Art. 15/1-ç). Cosmetic products whose protective packaging has been opened fall under this exception.
7. Complaints and Disputes
Requests and complaints: info@drtagy.com. Within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade (below 186,000 TL for 2026), you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee; above this limit, to the Consumer Court. Applying to a mediator is mandatory before filing a case at the Consumer Court.
8. Confirmation
Before confirming the order, the buyer confirms electronically that they have read this Pre-Information Form and have been informed about the seller's details, the main characteristics of the product, its price including taxes, the payment and delivery terms, and the right of withdrawal.
