Article 1 – Parties

BUYER: The person placing an order through www.drtagy.com. The buyer's name, surname, address, phone number and email address are the details provided during the order.
Article 2 – Subject
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties, under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the Buyer through www.drtagy.com, whose characteristics and sales price are stated in the order summary.
Article 3 – Products and Price
The type, quantity, sales price including VAT, delivery cost and payment method of the products are shown in the order summary and in the order confirmation email sent to the Buyer, and form an integral part of this agreement.
Article 4 – General Provisions
4.1. The Buyer accepts that they have read and understood the Pre-Information Form about the main characteristics, sales price, payment and delivery terms and the right of withdrawal, and have given the necessary confirmation electronically.
4.2. The Seller is obliged to deliver the product in sound and complete condition, in accordance with the characteristics stated in the order.
4.3. The product is delivered to the address provided by the Buyer within the legal maximum of 30 days. If fulfilment becomes impossible, the Seller informs the Buyer within 3 days of becoming aware of it and refunds the amount collected within 14 days.
4.4. The Seller is responsible for any loss of or damage to the product until delivery.
Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal
5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The Buyer may also exercise this right between the conclusion of the agreement and the delivery of the product.
5.2. The withdrawal notice is sent to info@drtagy.com or made by calling +90 534 540 44 30. The Buyer returns the product to the Seller within 14 days of the notice.
5.3. The designated return carrier is «RETURN CARRIER», and the return code is «RETURN CODE». No return cost is charged to the Buyer for returns made with this carrier. If the Buyer chooses a different carrier, the return cost belongs to the Buyer.
5.4. Within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, the Seller refunds all amounts collected, including delivery costs, using a method that matches the Buyer's payment method.
Article 6 – Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 15/1-ç of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products whose protective elements (such as packaging, tape, seal or wrapping) have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons. Cosmetic products whose protective packaging has been opened or which have been used fall under this exception.
Article 7 – Defective Products
If the delivered product is defective, the Buyer may exercise the optional rights listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6502. Return and exchange costs for defective products are paid by the Seller.
Article 8 – Dispute Resolution
For disputes arising from this agreement, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade (below 186,000 TL for 2026), the Consumer Arbitration Committees in the Buyer's place of residence or where the transaction took place are authorised; above this limit, the Consumer Courts are authorised. Applying to a mediator is mandatory before filing a case at the Consumer Court.
Article 9 – Entry into Force
By confirming the order, the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted all provisions of this agreement. The agreement enters into force when the order is confirmed. The Seller keeps the records of the agreement and the order for the period required by law.
