1. Shipping Area
We currently ship to addresses within Türkiye.
2. Shipping Cost
- Free shipping on orders of 500 TL and above.
- For orders below 500 TL, the shipping fee is shown on the checkout page before payment.
3. Carriers
Orders are shipped with MNG Kargo / DHL eCommerce
4. Processing and Delivery Time
- Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 business day after order confirmation.
- Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days after shipping.
- Delivery will in no case exceed the legal maximum of 30 days. If there is a delay, we will inform you.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

When your order ships, you receive an email / SMS with your tracking number and link.

7. On Delivery
- Please check your parcel when you receive it. If the package is damaged, ask the courier to record a damage report and contact us at info@drtagy.com with a photo.
- DR.TAGY is responsible for any loss or damage until the product is delivered to you.
8. Undelivered Orders
If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or because the parcel is not collected, the carrier returns it to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund.
