1. Right of Withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. You may also exercise this right at any time between placing your order and receiving the product.
2. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 15/1-ç of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products whose protective elements (such as packaging, tape, seal or wrapping) have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons.
As DR.TAGY products are cosmetic products, products whose protective packaging (cellophane, seal or tape) has been opened, or which have been used, cannot be returned. Your right of withdrawal remains valid for products whose protective packaging has not been opened.
3. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
- Within 14 days of delivery, send your withdrawal request by email to info@drtagy.com or call us at «PHONE». Please include your order number, full name and the product you wish to return.
- Within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, send the product back with its invoice and in its original packaging.
- If you send the product with «RETURN CARRIER» using the return code «RETURN CODE», you will not be charged for return shipping. If you choose a different carrier, the return shipping cost will be yours.
4. Refunds
Within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving your withdrawal notice, we refund all payments collected, including the product price and delivery costs, using a method that matches your original payment.
- Credit or debit card payments are refunded to your card. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank.
- For cash on delivery orders, the refund is made to an IBAN registered in your name, which you provide to us.
5. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products
Please check your parcel on delivery. If it is damaged, ask the courier to record a damage report. If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect product, email info@drtagy.com with a photo; the exchange or refund is handled at no cost to you. Your rights under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 are reserved.
6. Complaints and Applications
You can send requests and complaints to info@drtagy.com. In case of a dispute, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade (for 2026, disputes below 186,000 TL), you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee in your place of residence or where the transaction took place. For disputes above this limit, you may apply to the Consumer Court. Applying to a mediator is mandatory before filing a case at the Consumer Court.
