Privacy Notice
TAGY KOZMETİK ÜRÜNLERİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("DR.TAGY"), as data controller, processes the following data when you use our skin and hair consultation quiz or form:
- Data processed: your answers about your skin type, skin and hair concerns, sensitivities and routine; any photos you choose to share; and, if you request a personal recommendation, your name and contact details.
- Why this data needs special care: some of your answers, such as skin conditions, sensitivities, acne or hair loss, may be considered health data, a special category of personal data under KVKK Article 6.
- Purpose: to recommend products and a care routine suited to you, and, if you request it, to contact you with your recommendation.
- Legal basis: your explicit consent (KVKK Article 6). If you do not give consent, you can still use the quiz anonymously without entering contact details, or browse products freely.
- Transfers: your data is not shared with third parties for any other purpose. As our website infrastructure (Shopify) is hosted abroad, your answers are stored on servers located abroad on the basis of your explicit consent.
- Retention: your answers are kept for «6 months» for your recommendation and then deleted or anonymised. If you withdraw consent, they are deleted earlier.
- Important: the quiz gives general cosmetic care suggestions only. It is not a medical diagnosis or treatment. For any skin condition, please consult a dermatologist.
- Your rights: your rights under KVKK Article 11 are explained in our Personal Data Protection Notice. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@drtagy.com.
