1. Content Covered
Photos, videos, before/after images, written or spoken reviews and similar content about DR.TAGY products that I create and send to DR.TAGY or share on my own accounts (the "Content").
2. My Declarations
- The Content was created by me, reflects my real experience with the product, and has not been altered in a misleading way (no filters or edits that change the visible result of the product).
- Before/after images show my own skin, lashes, brows or hair, and were taken under similar conditions.
- I have the rights to the Content. If other people appear in it, I have obtained their consent.
- The Content does not contain any unlawful, offensive or misleading statements, or health claims such as "treats" or "cures".
- If I received the product free of charge or was paid, I will clearly disclose this in my own posts (e.g. #reklam, #işbirliği, or the platform's paid partnership label), in line with the Advertising Board's influencer guidelines.
3. Permission to Use
I grant DR.TAGY a non-exclusive, «royalty-free / paid as agreed» licence to use, reproduce, edit for length and format, and publish the Content, together with my name or username where relevant:
- on www.drtagy.com, DR.TAGY social media accounts, marketplaces (e.g. Trendyol), and in paid advertising (e.g. Meta Ads)
- in Türkiye and worldwide
- for a period of 12 months from the date of this consent, unless withdrawn earlier
4. Withdrawal
I can withdraw this permission at any time by emailing info@drtagy.com. DR.TAGY will stop new uses within 15 days. Content already published in non-editable materials, or ads already running, may remain until their scheduled end.
5. Personal Data
My personal data (name, contact details, image and voice in the Content) is processed for the purposes above as explained in the Personal Data Protection Notice. As my image may be published on platforms whose servers are located abroad, I give my explicit consent to this transfer.
