Under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), we, TAGY KOZMETİK ÜRÜNLERİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("DR.TAGY"), as the data controller, process your personal data as explained below.

2. Personal Data We Process
- Identity: name, surname
- Contact: phone, email, delivery and billing address
- Customer transaction: order, payment status, return and request details
- Transaction security: IP address, site usage and log records
- Marketing: communication permission, cookie and shopping preferences (only if you give consent)
Your card details are not stored by us; payments are processed by the licensed payment institution iyzico.
3. Purposes and Legal Grounds
- Receiving your order, collecting payment, delivering the product, and handling returns and exchanges → conclusion and performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c)
- Issuing invoices, keeping distance contract records, providing information to authorised bodies → legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç)
- Responding to your requests and complaints, ensuring site security → legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f)
- Sending campaigns and announcements by email/SMS, advertising and analytics cookies → explicit consent (Art. 5/1). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
4. Method of Collection
Your personal data is collected electronically through order, membership and contact forms on www.drtagy.com, email, social media messages and cookies.
5. Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above, to: shipping companies («MNG Kargo / DHL eCommerce»), the payment institution (iyzico), accounting and e-invoice service providers, and authorised public institutions where legally required.
Transfers abroad: As the servers of our e-commerce platform (Shopify) and our advertising and analytics providers (Meta, Google) are located abroad, your data may be transferred abroad. These transfers are made in line with the conditions of KVKK Article 9, on the basis of «DETERMINE WITH YOUR LAWYER: standard contract / explicit consent».
6. Retention Period
Your data is kept for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the retention periods set by the relevant legislation; at the end of this period, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your Rights (KVKK Article 11)
You have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed, and if so, request information about it
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose
- know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom it is transferred
- request correction if it is incomplete or incorrect
- request its deletion or destruction
- request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom it was transferred
- object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems
- claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing
8. How to Apply
You can send your requests in writing, with information that identifies you, to our address above, to our KEP address, or by email to info@drtagy.com from the email address you previously provided to us and that is registered in our system. Your application is answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
